Can I change plan at any time?
Yes. If you upgrade during an active billing period, you only pay the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the change applies at the next billing period so you don't lose what you already paid.
Which servers does my plan work on?
The ones you OWN — all of them, without paying server by server. Being an administrator of someone else's server unlocks nothing: that server stays on its own owner's plan, even if you have Pro or Team and even if you were the one who invited the bot. For a server to get paid features, its owner has to buy them.
Does the free plan have limits?
The free plan includes the web dashboard and the essential modules: moderation and automod, basic anti-raid, verification, welcomes and farewells, levels, basic tickets and role menus. The premium modules —economy, music, giveaways, custom commands, social alerts and scheduled messages— are unlocked with Pro.
What is the difference between the bot subscription and the Roody membership?
The bot subscription (Roody Bot Pro/Team) is a recurring payment, monthly or yearly, that unlocks the bot's features on all of your servers. The Roody membership (Roody Pro/Team) is a one-off payment valid across every Roody project and it also includes the bot subscription of the same tier: if you have the membership, you don't need to pay the subscription.
How is payment processed?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The bot subscription can be monthly (€1.99 Roody Bot Pro / €3.99 Roody Bot Team) or yearly with 17% off (€19.99 / €39.99). The Roody membership is a one-off payment (€49.99 Roody Pro / €99.99 Roody Team). Credit and debit cards and other methods supported by Stripe are accepted.
What does the Team tier include?
The Team tier is designed for large communities. It includes everything in Pro plus: AI moderation, a conversational AI assistant (/ai), a server assistant that answers your members from your own documentation, REST API with a higher rate limit, priority support 24/7, automatic backups, auto-restore during attacks, advanced analytics, multi-server management and a dedicated support channel.
How does the AI anti-raid system work?
The AI anti-raid (exclusive to Roody Team) uses machine learning to spot suspicious patterns in real time: coordinated raids, alt accounts, ban evasion and malicious bots. It includes auto-lockdown, which temporarily locks the server down when it detects a mass attack.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time with no penalty. The plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again. Your data and settings are kept for 30 days in case you decide to come back. No commitment, no hidden fees.
