2. Purpose
This legal notice governs access to and use of the website dashboard.roody.es and of the Discord bot Roody, together with their associated services (the "Service").
Access to the website is free of charge. Some features require signing in with a Discord account, and some are paid, as set out in the Terms of Service.
Browsing the website or using the bot makes you a user and means you accept this legal notice as published at the time of access.
3. Conditions of use
You agree to use the website and the Service in accordance with the law, this legal notice and good faith, and not to use them for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm others.
In particular, you may not:
- Upload or spread content that infringes third-party rights or applicable law.
- Attempt to reach restricted areas, other users' data or the systems behind the Service.
- Damage the systems of the owner, its providers or third parties, including by introducing malicious software.
- Do anything that prevents or hinders access for other users, including overloading the infrastructure.

4. Intellectual and industrial property
The source code, design, navigation structure, databases, texts, logos and the "Roody" brand belong to the owner identified in section 1, or are used under licence.
All rights are reserved. Reproducing, distributing, communicating to the public or transforming this content is not allowed without express authorisation, except where the law provides otherwise.
Third-party trade marks, trade names and logos shown on the website belong to their respective owners, and their presence implies neither sponsorship nor endorsement.
Discord is a trade mark of Discord Inc. Roody is an independent service; it is neither affiliated with nor sponsored by Discord Inc.
5. Disclaimer
The owner works to keep the website available and its content accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors.
To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for:
- Service interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party provider failures or causes outside its control, including Discord outages.
- How each administrator uses the bot inside their own Discord server, or what that server's members post.
- The content of third-party sites reachable through links published on the website.
None of the above limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, in particular towards consumers for wilful misconduct or for damage to life, physical integrity or health.
6. Links to third parties
The website contains links to third-party sites (Discord, the payment provider and external documentation). These links are offered for reference only; the owner does not control those sites and takes no responsibility for their content or their privacy policies, which you should read separately.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law.
Where the user is a consumer, the courts designated by consumer protection rules will have jurisdiction, which as a general rule are those of the consumer's place of residence. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of Spain.
