Moderation #

Automatic and manual tools to keep order in your server.

Automatic filters

• Anti-flood — spots spam and punishes it.
• Anti-links — filters out invites and unwanted links.
• Anti-caps — keeps excessive capitals in check.
• Anti-duplicates — removes repeated messages sent in a row.
• Anti-ghostping — warns you when a mention is deleted.
• Blacklist — banned words or phrases (regex supported).

Manual commands

Tickets #

A complete support system with a panel, categories, staff management and HTML transcripts.

• A panel with buttons to open tickets.
• Custom categories (limited to 1 on the Free plan; unlimited on Pro/Team).
• HTML transcripts that are stored and can be linked to.
• Configurable automatic closing after inactivity.
• Staff claiming system and per-member statistics.

Main commands

Economy #

A virtual currency with a bank, a configurable shop, jobs, fishing and PvP minigames. Premium feature (Pro+).

Levels #

XP for activity in text and voice, with /rank cards, ranks and per-level rewards you can configure.

Welcome and goodbye messages #

Customisable messages and cards when members join or leave the server, with dynamic variables and automatic roles.

• Three types: plain text, an embed with an image, or a graphic card generated by the bot.
• Automatic roles on join.
• Invite tracking (who invited each member).
• Variables: {user}, {server}, {memberCount}, {userMention}, and so on.

Giveaways #

Giveaways with a configurable duration, multiple winners, role requirements, bonus entries by level and rerolls. Premium feature (Pro+).

Suggestions #

A suggestions channel with public voting, automatic threads for discussion and staff decisions (approve or reject with a reason).

Music #

A player with a queue, real-time filters, lyrics and search. Paste a link or type the name and Roody will find it. Premium feature (Pro+).

Radio #

Non-stop music in a voice channel, like a real radio station: nobody has to keep requesting songs.

Global stations (free). Six stations by style — world, latin, pop, urban, chill and retro. It is a real broadcast: the same track plays at the same time on every tuned-in server, so if you join mid-song you pick it up where it is.

Your own schedule (Team). You decide which style plays at each hour, with the hits from the country of your language.

Logs #

Around 40 loggable events grouped into categories (messages, members, roles, channels, voice, threads, boosts, invites, emojis, scheduled events, automod). Each category can have its own destination channel.

AntiRaid and verification #

Raid protection with detection of mass joins, spam, ban evasion and bots. Optional verification system for new members (captcha or a direct message).

• Mass join detection with a configurable threshold.
• Alt account detection by account age and pattern (Pro+).
• Per-user reputation system (Pro+).
• AI moderation (trainable classifier) (Team).
• Advanced notifications to admins by DM or webhook (Pro+).

AI moderation #

Smart moderation that analyses messages with AI to catch toxicity, insults, harassment and spam that word filters miss: it understands the context, not just a list of terms. Premium feature.

• It combines a fast local classifier with an AI model for the borderline cases.
• Configurable sensitivity threshold and action (warn, delete the message, apply a timeout).
• Channels and roles exempt from the analysis.
• Fully configured from the dashboard.

Blacklist #

The server's internal blacklist: stop specific users from using Roody's modules (level chat, economy, suggestions…) without having to ban them from Discord.

Boosts #

Automatically thank whoever boosts your server with a plain message or an embed in the channel you choose, and optionally give them a special booster role.

• Customisable text message or embed with an image.
• Variables: {user}, {server}, {boostCount}.
• Optional automatic booster role.

Social alerts #

Post an alert in your server when a creator goes live or uploads a video on Twitch, Kick or YouTube. Customisable message and embed (with a preview in the dashboard) and an optional role mention.

Scheduled messages #

Schedule automatic messages: recurring reminders (daily, weekly…) or a one-off message at a specific date and time, in your server timezone. Premium feature (Pro+).

You can also create and edit them with a live preview from the module page in the dashboard.

Role menus #

Let members give themselves roles by pressing buttons or picking from a dropdown. Ideal for colour, notification or interest roles. Free module.

Counter channels #

Channels (a locked voice channel or a read-only text one) whose name shows server statistics and refreshes automatically. The bot creates and maintains the channel for you.

• Placeholders: {members}, {humans}, {bots}, {online}, {boosts}, {boostTier}, {roleMembers}, {categoryChannels}.
• Free plan: up to 2 counters per server. Unlimited on Pro.

Custom commands #

Create your own auto-reply commands (!rules or !ip, for example) with their own configurable prefix. They are managed from the dashboard.

Threads #

Manage the threads of the channels you choose: a welcome message when a thread is opened, automatic role mentions and automatic archiving after a period of inactivity.

• Welcome message (text or embed) with the {user} and {threadName} variables.
• Role mentions when the thread is created.
• Configurable automatic archiving.

Polls #

Create votes with several options and a live result count, straight from Discord.

Direct messages #

When someone sends the bot a direct message, Roody forwards it to a staff channel in a configurable embed so your team can deal with it. It is set up from the dashboard.

Server backup #

Save snapshots of your server configuration (roles, channels and module settings) so you can restore it if something goes wrong. Scheduled automatic backups are a premium feature (Pro+).

Birthdays #

Each member records their birthday and, on the day, Roody wishes them a happy birthday in the channel you choose. You can also give them a special role for 24 hours.

Temporary voice channels #

You create a "generator" channel: whoever joins it instantly gets their own voice channel, which disappears on its own once it is empty. The owner controls it with buttons (name, user limit, lock it, kick, hand over ownership).

The free plan includes one generator per server. With Pro they are unlimited and you can also set the bitrate, the region and a name template.

Counting #

A channel where the community counts 1, 2, 3… together. You can require that nobody counts twice in a row, decide what happens when someone gets it wrong, and celebrate milestones (reaching 1000, for instance) with a message, a role or economy money.

Reminders #

Your members set their own reminders and Roody nudges them when the time comes, by DM or in the channel. From the dashboard you decide how many each person can have and how far ahead.

Messages #

A composer in the dashboard to write messages with an embed, link buttons and menus, see exactly how they will look and post them in any channel. They are saved, so you can re-edit one you already posted and Roody updates it in Discord.

Emojis #

Browse an emoji catalogue, search by name and add emojis to your server without leaving Discord. It also lists the ones you already have.
